Are the apartments worth the difference? I can't answer that. Except to say thousands of people feel that they are.
Conroe has many nice apartments and so does the area on Spring Cypress and FM 1960 for far less. It depends on your needs and your wants...
Value, like beauty, is in the eyes of the beholder.
