They provide the support that “cops on the beat” used to provide in towns and cities across America. They can be your face to the police force in your area – a good person to know. Most complexes have a phone system that can dispatch the Security Officer when you have an emergency or a problem. They are available to help call emergency medical personnel or to write a police report.
