AUSTIN: Another DA apartment complex identified

I found another complex today that doesn't look at a DA (Deferred Adjudification for a felony) as a conviction.  I feel, in a word, super.  

I can help more people live where they want to and to move on with their life. The late, great, James Brown said it so well "I feeeel good"!
